Kia ora, I am Hyrum-Daniel Dennis. I have worked in the retirement and aged care industry for the last 25 years. Over the last 18 years, I have worked in management positions in care homes and retirement communities across Auckland. Understanding people, how they think, and what motivates them is at the core of how I engage with staff, consumers, and other business stakeholders.
I thrive in unpacking issues, problems, and broken systems, working with people to understand processes, and building stronger, fit-for-purpose products and services. I have an academic background in Social Anthropology, Applied Psychology and Applied Management, and hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
